    • On Thursday Sept. 3, the “Kick it Like a Girl” t-shirts will be available for sell in the front office for $10.00.  A limited supply of pink or white shirts is available.  First come, first served.  See Mrs. Kirkland to purchase yours before they are gone.

    • MAO will meet Friday morning at 8 am to vote for officers.  If you want to run for an office, please sign up no later than 3:30 pm, Thursday, Sept. 3 with Mrs. Tackitt in room 225.  Please bring applications, dues and t-shirt ideas to this meeting.  This will be a very brief meeting because there are several other meetings happening at the same time.  Please be on time!!

      The application must be completed and turned in to one of these teachers by Friday September 11th.

    • 2016 Titan Yearbooks go on sale today thru Homecoming. Yearbook staff will pre-sell the 2016  yearbook in the commons on "A" days during lunch. The price of your 2016 yearbook is $50. Make sure you buy yours today.

    • Seniors:   Wendy's High School Heisman program annually recognizes over 5000 of the best male and female high school seniors who have excelled in academics, athletics, and community involvement.   If you have a 3.0 grade average, participate in a school sponsored sports program, and have demonstrated community involvement... you might want to apply for this program.    For more information and to apply, go to www.wendyshighschoolheisman.com  from now until October 2nd.

    • Juniors and Seniors:   If you need to take the College Board's SAT Test this fall, registration is underway now for the October 3rd SAT Test.    You may register on-line at www.collegeboard.com and the registration deadline is this Friday.

    • Spanish Club and Spanish Honor Society will be having a meeting in Rm 204 on Friday before school at 8:05.  Please come by Mrs. Knight’s room to sign up for something to bring.  Spanish Club is open to any student that has taken or is currently taking Spanish.

    • Homecoming tickets are now on sale! You may purchase them during intervention time at the concessions stand, during 4th or 8th blocks in room 133, or after school until 3:45 in room 133. The cost is 1 ticket for $12 or 2 tickets for $20. If your date is from another school you must pick up a form during ticket sales time before you can purchase your tickets. These forms must be returned to Ms. Black or Mrs. Ellis by noon Wednesday, September 9th. The last day for ticket sales is Thursday, September 10th!
